Bringing it Forward - Equity & Anti-Racism in The Workplace and systemic and personal Finance Impacts

An accelerated program - new ways of working in right relationship with each other and money.

 

Why “Bringing it Forward”?

We are at a moment where folks are beginning to understand the extent that racism, and bias impact us. For many it is a shocking time as we also grapple with Covid-19 and the the fact that well over 50 million people out of work, and looking for jobs during a pandemic.

Most folks will spend most of their lives in the workplace.

We can re-imagine ways of creating and seizing opportunity.

We can live into better ways of working in Equity, in Wholeness and Right Relationship with each other and our money.



Racism and gender Biases are embedded and socialized into everything we do, and the workplace, and Work Processes are no exception.



We have a duty, an obligation to build out of the lessons-learned of this moment which simultaneously consists going through a global pandemic, demands for justice, within an unparalleled economic environment.

Bringing it Forward is about rounding out our learning edges, holding ourselves accountable while allowing the mistakes to be made along the way, elevating each other as we get that up-leveled understanding of more rich and fruitful ways to lead, interact, work, and create opportunity.

We owe it to ourselves and others to Bring it Forward.



We have a moral obligation as people, Employees, Leaders, and Entrepreneurs to take steps to Live into the World we want to see.



Modules (Around 60 minutes each)



class structure

  1. The 6 classes will be held weekly on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday at 5Pm EST, starting August 18th through August 28th.

  2. Homework assignments, video and readings will be assigned in between classes

  3. We will work to integrate different frameworks in a structured, thoughtful way for lasting integration and impact.

  4. All classes will be recorded.

  5. We will have a private Facebook group to bring support, discussion and interactive learning as we continue together to Divest from these patterns and Invest in new ways of aligned action.

  6. For those interested in more 1:1 coaching, we will also do a Spotlight Coaching call for 45 minutes after normal classtimes starting at 6:30 EST for those who want to listen and get personalized coaching in a group setting. We will dive in in and work through the Coachee’s issues in real time. Its an intense and rich component which stimulates growth and is often moving in large ways.
